Club Keiki: Yoga for Kids (Mohalu Wellness)

Bring your little yogi to this after-school class designed to support children's transition from the hectic school day to a quiet evening at home.

What your kid will experience:

- A quiet place to land after school with a choice of sensory and coloring stations to begin the session.
- A safe space to test balance, explore feelings, and practice skills such as mindfulness and self-regulation through games, yoga stories, and poses.
- For ages 5-10. Purchase a single session for $20 or the entire series at a reduced rate of $125.
- Classes are held Mondays on the following dates:
14/28 September
5/26 October
9/30 November
7 December

In order to plan supplies for this class, registration closes FOUR HOURS prior to the start of class. Less than three registrations by 11:45 a.m. on the day of class may result in cancellation of the class.

Registration Instructions:
Create a Mohalu fitDEGREE account for each child you are registering that includes their name, date of birth and the email address of the adult responsible for their registrations. Sign the waiver as the responsible adult (parent/guardian) and proceed to registrations. Please keep in mind the system will not allow you to register any account more than once for any singular activity.
