SUN Sep 28 - Letting Go: An Autumn Yoga & Obstacle Course/Ages 5-10

Event Details:
• Enjoy a fast-paced class featuring an obstacle course, "letting go" themed games, yoga story and poses, and an art project.
• This one hour event will be held in the held in the jiu jitsu room at True Performance Fitness. Participants are required to remove their shoes prior to entering the mat space.
• Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes. Grip socks if desired. Price ($20 plus tax) includes all props and supplies. Yoga mats will be provided. Sign up at yoga-in-color.com or message if you prefer to use Venmo or Cash.
• Class is limited to 12 children. Each sibling must have a separate registration. Siblings get a $5 discount, message me for this option.
• Refund policy: cancellation before 48 hours will be credited to a future class. Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit funds to cover the cost of the rental space and supplies.
