SUN Oct 5: FALLing for You, family yoga

Event Details:
• This 30 minute event is exclusive to guests of the Birth, Baby, and Family Wellness Fair (Holiday Inn, Martinsburg). The free fair opens at 11 a.m. and the yoga session will run 11:15-11:45 a.m.
• Participants can expect music, movement, partner poses, parent-child bonding activities, and more! A take-home craft will be provided as well as a bonus coupon for fall workshops.
• While the entry to the fair is free, the yoga session is $10/person  ages 2 and up. Pre-registration is highly encouraged as we expect this event to fill. There are 20 spaces only for this session.
