SUN Aug 10, 10-11 a.m. *Blended Age Class*/Mommy & Me Class: "Better Together"

Event Details:
• This one hour event will be held in the jiu jitsu room at True Performance Fitness (362 W Burr Blvd, Kearneysville WV). Participants are required to remove their shoes prior to entering the mat space.
• The theme “Better Together” will be explored through collaborative games, partner poses, yoga stories, and an art project.
**Bring your favorite stuffed animal to class to practice buddy breathing!**
• Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes. Grip socks if desired. Price ($25 plus tax) includes all props and supplies. Yoga mats will be provided. Sign up here or message if you prefer to use Venmo or Cash.
• This is a special blended age class for children 2 and up! Class is limited to 6 children. Each sibling must have a separate registration. Siblings get a $5 discount, message me for this option.
• Refund policy: cancellation before 48 hours will be credited to a future class. Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit funds to cover the cost of the rental space and supplies.
