SUN July 27, 1-3 p.m. Mindful Macrame: a parent and child workshop

Explore mindfulness through art with your child at this special workshop. Parents and children ages 5 and up are invited to make a macrame wall hanging paired with movement and breathwork. All supplies are included and price is for one parent and one child.

$60 for one parent and one child, 5yo and up.
